Notification of Copyright Infringement

Copyright owners or their authorized agents who believe that their work has been infringed upon on our platform may submit a notification to Dog Food Network’s Designated Copyright Agent. The notification should be sent via email and include the following information:

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, affirming that the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Contact information, including an email address and phone number, for Dog Food Network to communicate with you regarding the notice.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the authorized agent.

Counter Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address. Your counter-notification should include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your contact details: full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address and agreeing to accept service of process from the claimant.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your signature (typed name or scanned image of your physical signature).

Submitting a counter-notification may lead to your information being shared with the original claimant. We may also be legally required to reinstate the material unless the claimant files a court action against you.

Termination Policy

In accordance with our policies, Dog Food Network reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Before filing a notification or counter-notification, it may be advisable to consult with a legal advisor to ensure the proper procedures are followed and to understand the potential consequences, including liability for damages if false claims are made.
